Marie Hale

Marie has forged a reputation in the very noisy sales and marketing industry as a visionary, a rainmaker, and most importantly, a hell of a lot of fun. As the CEO and Co-Founder of @revenue, one of only 5 organizations in the country that offers sales training and marketing strategy and implementation under one roof as a hand in glove experience, she and her team of experts have facilitated epic growth for their clients, seeing results anywhere from 67% year over year to more than 10x growth in under 8 months. Her work spans a multitude of service providers including health and wellness, manufacturing, professional services, and education. She lives in Chicago, with her 9 yr old daughter, Lily, who also speaks with her and is now the worst 3rd-grade teacher Lily has ever had. Patti Pokorchak, MBA

I was NOT a born salesperson but am living proof that sales is a learned skill.

I was the shyest most introverted geek, starting life as a female tech pioneer who was forced to learn how to sell at IBM. I endured an intensive two-week residential sales course that I barely squeaked through but I made $150,000 in my first year in sales when I was 25. After attending the ultimate IBM 100% sales club achievement awards, I decided that there had to be more to life than climbing the corporate ladder.

So I left IBM, my hometown, and all my friends and family for a year of solo travel in Europe, finally returning 9 years later after working at 5 startups in Europe.
As a serial entrepreneur of 11 businesses since 1992, I helped start and run a 7-figure 20-employee software company for 10 years before opening a thriving garden center and hobby farm. My book “The Accidental Farmer: Adventures of a Serial Entrepreneur!”  include stories and life lessons for all.

 Justin Hughes

Justin is a power-prospector, overcoming myriad obstacles that typically ensure failure to become the second-highest-paid lead generation specialist on Upwork, with clients leaving 5-star reviews and glowing referrals. His dynamic approach to filling a calendar centers around reaching out to strangers and immediately being their best friend.
